Shipping

We confirm delivery time and paperwork with your quote, before you pay.

Last updated 2 October 2026

Where do we ship from, and how long does it take?

Every Oudbracelet order ships from China, sent by AgarwoodTown, an agarwood business trading since 2014. Shipping is the last of three steps. First, we weigh and film your strand. Second, you approve the video and pay the PayPal invoice. Finally, we pack the strand from the video and send it.

Delivery time and any import duties depend on your country, so there is no single answer on this page. Instead, your quote states both. For example, a quote for a buyer in Europe names the expected delivery time and any paperwork before we charge anything. Also, if we cannot ship to your country, we say so before you pay.

What paperwork does agarwood need?

Agarwood comes from trees of the genus Aquilaria. That genus sits in Appendix II of CITES, the international treaty on trade in wild plants and animals. According to CITES, Appendix II includes species not necessarily threatened with extinction, but in which trade must be controlled to avoid use incompatible with their survival. So CITES rules apply when agarwood crosses a border. In addition, some countries add their own import requirements.

Therefore, when we send your quote, we tell you what applies to your country and how long delivery will take.
